Only when the airport and security authorities permit an agent to access the aircraft for the selected flight. If an aircraft-side meeting is unavailable, we confirm the nearest permitted meeting point in advance.

VIP lounge access is not included in every airport package. Before confirmation, we check availability, opening hours, rules for children and the food and beverage offering.
Can VIP airport service be combined with a transfer?
