The drivers met our group with a sign at the airport, helped to place the luggage, agreed on changes in the pick-up time at our request. One day we forgot 2 suitcases on the bus and realized it only in the dead of night. At the request of the company, the driver, who was resting after a full day of driving with us, returned to his shift, took our bags and brought us by taxi to the hotel.
